Welcome to the Garden´s online shop. Feel free to browse the product categories. Once you have found a product you want to buy, click "add to basket".

Step 1: Your Basket

• Once you have clicked "add to basket", the product will be added to your shopping basket, which will be shown on screen.
• To continue to add products to your basket, click "back to shop", select another product and continue to click "add to basket". A running total of your purchases will be shown on screen.
• If you are a Member, please enter the promotional code included in the quarterly newsletter sent to you to obtain a 10% Members´ discount.
• If you have a gift voucher, please enter the voucher code.
• If you change your mind and want to delete an item, click "remove".
• Once you have finished shopping, click "checkout".

Step 2: Your details

• If you are a new customer, in the section "Welcome new customers!" type in your details and click the Next button. Check your details are correct and complete any boxes that are blank. The boxes that are mandatory have an asterisk (*) next to them. The other boxes are optional. Click on the Next button.
• If you have shopped with us online before, type in your email and password and click on the Next button.

Step 3: Delivery

• The default delivery address is pre–selected for delivery. If you would like to change the address for this delivery, complete the new address in the boxes provided. You may want to do this if your purchase is a gift for a friend or if it is more convenient to take collection at a different address.
• Click on the Checkout button.

Step 4: Confirmation

• Here you can check the details for the order and make changes to the Item List, Delivery Address or Invoice Address by clicking on the title of the section.
• If you have any special delivery instructions add them to the box marked "Special Instructions".
• Click on "Make a Payment".

Step 5: Payment

• If you are paying by credit card, complete your card details in the boxes provided. Click on "Make Payment". You will see a Thank You screen showing the order is complete.

An email will now be sent to your email address with confirmation of your order. There is also a link to our website allowing you to see the status of your delivery. At anytime you can log in to your account on our website by entering your email and password in the boxes provided. You can then get a status update of your order.
